GRIFFIN SIEBERT

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah and raised in the Wasatch Range, Griffin Siebert is a student of the mountains. Grif grew up lapping the infamous Park City terrain parks, a member of the notorious LTC crew and a staple of the popular I Ride Park City edits. While Grif is no doubt comfortable in a jump line, it’s in the backcountry where he’s truly made his mark. A devout powder hound, Grif can often be found exploring the mountains around his Utah home on his splitboard. His smooth riding has been documented in Drink Water’s Energy, as well as Nitro team movies like Boom!, 28 Winters, and Offline. In 2020, he released Backyard Boogie, which followed his steps and slashes throughout the Wasatch. For Grif, the exploration is part of the joy of riding—like when he rode infamous Nevada couloir, Terminal Cancer, after years of waiting for conditions to line up. Most important to Griffin, in addition to fresh turns, is the environment in which he rides. He has a degree in environmental geoscience and is a member of the Protect Our Winters Riders Alliance. Whenever he’s not lapping Brighton Resort or breaking trail, Grif also loves to paint—it’s just another way he makes his own lines.
